Car has been in the drive getting very wet this week and there are couple of small puddles in the boot on both sides.
Anyone know where the most likely point of entry is and any solutions please?

i notice mine fills with water around the fuel cap, possibly yours has a break in the boot seals allowing the water a place to go ? look for any gaps in the rubber going aroud the top of the boot opening. Also, does your boot close and make a seal or is it "lose" when closed?

thats all i can say mate im sorry as ive only had mine a week, so prob know a LOT less than you

Perhaps the golf bag was full of water when you put in there nutsboxedin sorry could hold it

Joking aside. Boot seal..is it still springy( Boot shutting ok ), perhaps place some chalk on it and see if it leaves a full mark around the inside of the boot lid. Other places are behind nearside rear where the fuel pipes go into the boot . It srigt behind the wheel and if the seal/grommet has gone/perished etc then you will be getting lots of water straight of the wheel.

I have traced my leak to the seal near the fuel cap, it's getting through the underneath of the seal, I have lifted the seal off and the frame for the seal to sit over looks very small, must have been like this from new. I'm going to try to use a bit of silicon sealant and bed the seal into it.

Regards,
Paul.

Use talc below the boot seal area, and anywhere else you think appropriate, water ingress lines will soon show and you can hoover up afterwards if required.

In the old days of TVRs, I think the solution was remove carpet, drill hole(s) in the floor! (I did this with a 1970's Vauxhall Cavalier in my youth!!

same thing but less than half the price is the sealant from car builder solutions - black, isocyanate curing sealant at about 6 quid a tube? could do your rear lens covers while you are at it if they are in the same state mine are!

If it's pre facelift, check around the numberplate. Mine leaked here - silicone along top & down sides effected a cure.
