Hi there

Anyone fitted one of the above kits. Just got one, and seeing as I have the dash in bits at the moment, might as well fit it.
Any advice on where and how would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Phil

hi phil, great piece of kit better radio reception makes traffic jams more bearable,i put mine in the boot with the strip stuck under the rear of the boot opening but if you have your dash out you may be able to stick it across the bulk head/bottom of screen, anywhere that allows you to us full length should be ok.

Hi Alan

Good to know it's worth the money. Just wondered if under the dash would be affected by electrics/electronics/engine and may be better to do what you have done and have it as far away as possible.

you could be right phil it certainly works well in the boot and all hidden out of sight.

Should go in the boot, away from "noise". Not tricky to run the cable over the wheel arch.

Mine's fitted in the boot as per David's instructions - piece of cake to fit.

I'm bl00dy hopeless with things like this and yet I managed without too much swearing and loss of skin.

Alan - Could you describe the reception as good after this or just better?

Think I'm going to be buying me one of these too as my reception sucks right now! whistle

Cheers,
Nick

I can get Spanish stations on the radio - used to as I've took the radio out, engine/exhasut sounds nicer.
