The Chim's not seen too much action this year. Between doing my back in and a thoroughly crappy summer, I've racked up very few miles this yearfrown

However, on the bright side, Hargery have cut my insurance by £500, nothing's gone wrong on the car and it had a major service last week which cost me only £500 (the first sub-£1k service in four years)biggrin

I'm in hospital this week for (hopefully) the final op on my back, so there'll be no TVR action for a couple of months. So I gave it a good run out yesterday before tucking it up for winter.

WHAT A MACHINE. I love the way that it still feels quick four years on. It still brings a big grin to my face. Kids still point at it as I drive past. I will never tire of the sound. And I don't know what the garage did to it, but it was smooth as butter yesterday.

I gave it a quick wash, put its cover on and renewed my vows in a simple ceremony in the garagebiggrin

Austec for the service I presume?

Good luck in the hospital! Hope you get yourself sorted. Are you gonna be out before xmas?

God I hate hospitals - or rather spending time laid up in them

Good luck with the op. I had a disctectomy 7 years ago. Best thing I ever did.
if having a back op can be described as the best thing, but I'm sure you know what i mean
