Clicking noise -Speedo?-

I know I am still very new to TVR's, but I owned and worked on a lot of different cars before. Now my Chim is driving me crazy with a funny clicking noise from the speedo area. I cannot decide wether the noice is more mechanical or if the noise is electrical (relay?).
I am sure it is connected to the speedo as the intervals between the clicks change with the speeed of the car.
does anybody know how I can get rid of the noise?

Its a phantom 1/10 mile digit which clicks over audibly but without a digit to display.

sorry, what means TADTS my english is not so good. And is there a possibility to switch this noise off?

You get used to it, its actually quite a nice feature as you get an audible indication of speed

IIRC there is some information, maybe from the Wedge or V8S guys, somewhere about a mod to remove the trigger or pad it... Not come across it for years, but someone might know where it is located?

mine does it too, i asked here and was told 110th click too, and it is, i timed it and it changes with your speed. i think its a personal goal to get one click every second
