Battery Problems
Discussion
The car has a new battery, so I don't think thats the problem but if you leave the car for a week the battery will be completly dead, and I mean completly, even the clock will have stopped
After a quick jump start all is fine and a few drives over the weekend and it's started fine each time after a bit of use, but I know if I don't use it Tuesday then Thursday, by Saturday it'll be flat as a pancake again.
The alarm has been checked and thats fine and pulling less current than the clock, so where's all my battery power going?

Wrong fuel pump relay - standard one instead of the special? Something else pulling power such as interior lights, ICE etc? Partial short? ALtyernator up the swanee? Alternator Fuse dead or partial circuit? Bad earth connections causing current leakage...

Again nothing new fitted and the interior light is alway set to off anyway

It did have a new earth strap fitted when it had it's last service and it's started happening since then, so maybe a call to the garage may be in order

If you've got the wrong fuel pump relay then that would flatten the battery overnight, don't think its that. Suggest you shut everything down, then pull each fuse and relay and see which ones are still drawing current. And in the mean time, you might want to investigate the Priority Start automatic battery cut-off system advertised in the back of sprint. Haven't tried one of these myself, but the principle seems sound.
