Well, I picked her up last night and all I can say is WOW!!!

She is a 97 4 litre in Starmist blue with magnolia leather and a few ali bits from Leven.

After battling through closed roads and flooding to get to Offords I collected her at 5pm last night and had a 120 mile drive home to Sussex.
I'm fairly young (25) but felt like a school boy all the way home! Whilst on the age subject, I thought my insurance would be quite high, but I got a good quote from Tesco which was £950 fully comp with 3 years no claims, it beat the quote of 3K from some other people!

Bill at Offords was great and one of his guys talked me through the car, I would certainly recommend them for buying a car.
There's various bits to do on the car, so I shall be back here for info in the future.
Bill has offered to do the cherry bomb exhaust on the car for free, and I think I'm probably going to get it done, just want to get a ride in another Chimaera with it already on so I can hear how it sounds first.

I've tried to upload a few pics so hopefully they will work, bear in mind its horrible and wet here this morning!

Well done and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.thumbup

Just be careful in this dodgy weather as it's easy to get it wrong, especially when you're not used to the car and even moreso if you've just come from a FWD car.

Congrats on the purchase, and welcome to the fold.

Another relatively young TVR driver. We're always looking for more and you have the best introduction into this new and wonderful world you have just found yourself in.

Hope to see you at a few of the hoons soon..
