Navy blue Vinyl for heater vent area

I replaced the leather on my heater vent area with leather but used a hide that was too thin and supple which resulted in crinkles. I've been told that vinyl is better and will not shrink. A local suplier can get some but it comes in specified widths and minimum lengths. I'd have to get enough to do approx 3 vents areas.......

So is anyone else interested in going in on the material. I could always cut the vinyl to shape if needed. I have calculated that £50 would do 3.
