If this if for the Emerald system, I disconnected the old loom and pulled it back into the passenger footwell leaving one behind. I then cut it free in the footwell and attached the new loom to this wire (with lots of tape), and pulled it all through into the engine bay. Took a couple of attempts to get right but worked in the end!

its for driving spots im mounting behind the mesh, so they will help the crappy lights without being seen and spoiling the look of the front

The route for the wiring to the front undertray is:

Dash top off IIRC, on the left you will see where a couple of connectors & harness go into the wing. These go over the inner wheel arch, with grill removed you will see where they come out. Easiest way is to remove the side repeater and use this as a staging point to pull things thru.

If you go thru the bulkhead, the wiring ends up a bit untidy in the engine bay & more risk of water ingress... Do not use the grommet the wiper stuff goes thru (from experience wink ).

Remove the off side light from the circuit, near side will brighten up = 25 watts and then take a new supply from the starter motor supply for the off side and the new lights, two relays in the off side inner wing. Replace original bulbs with Philips 50 % and its pretty good and legal.

Simply put, two bulbs on thin wire, not bright, remove one and the other brightens up. A new supply to the non working one and you have full brightness on both. A "legal" bulb is 55/60 watts. Before going extra lights ,try the mod first.
