New fuse box location

Just fitted a new loom and I think that they were unsure of where the fusebox should go so made the wires extra long to make sure it would fit!!

Makes fault finding easy though!

Until you secure the route behind the dash, that looks about the normal length to me. When everything is fitted the loom folds up into the inner wing, and you can draw the fusebox out into the footwell (even out the door).

Loom is routed throught correct holes in dash I've just got to refit the heater box but i've got to find a fan first ( should get one over the next few days, but mk2 astra's are a rare beast in the breakers yards nowadays.

Thank's for the info on the fuse box that you have posted on your web site.
Would have taken a lot longer for me to sort out the loom without it.
