Driving to work this morning listening to my chimaera clunk and bump and generally clatter down the road it dawned on me that it would be really useful if I could get a go (as a passenger obviously) in someone elses 450 - someone local, preferably one of the latter ones so I can compare ride and noises to mine. Anyone takers in the Stroud area?

The only legitimate clunks/bumps I can think of are if there is not enough preload on the springs, but if you have this it is probably a shortcoming you would be aware of. All other causes are quite varied and indicate some kind of remedial action is required, its like your car screaming for attention I suppose wink Unless you have golf balls rolling around without a chest wig to wrap them in hehe

Hi Andy,

That would be great - I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with mine - but 6 months bringing her up to scratch any noise out of the ordinary at all I'm I get worried. Stupid I know, but I'd hate to have only done 90% of the job.

:-)
