I have tried searching similar topics but with no luck..?

My Chim speedo contains my mileage readout (electronic) and this currently 'zeros' everytime i switch the ignition off.

It has been explained to me that the battery that retains the mileage readout is flat/dead and needs to be replaced.

I would like to send my speedo unit off to have a new battery installed and the correct mileage re-instated - anyone know a company who can do this?

I am replacing the dash soon so this would be a good time to send it off.

My non digital speedo was recently repaired by speedy cables, not sure if they do the digital ones but certainly worth a phone call to find out.

I have similar problem with mine as the mileage is stuck at zero, Jamie at Castle Race Engines knows of a company that do this but you have to remove the dash to get it so I am waiting until the winter this year to have mine done, mileage wise I know roughly what mine does to a tank so am keeping a record that way and will have it put on then.
