They do exist,
I always clean all the seal on the window, hood area then make sure that the side windows are screwed right up, as they are all different it is always worth getting them set right to the top when you cars in for work, they tend to drop over time...
a gap never helps when the rains coming sideways!
Also fabsealing the hood when it's clean and bone dry always is a great idea at least once a year. Now is the best time to get your car sealed up for the bad weather in the coming months.
If I am leaving a car that I don't know too well and especially if it has wool carpets, as they stink when they go rotten with water, I remove them and stick them in the boot, keeps them clean and draws my attention to any weak area's on the sealing side.
Last thing is seals around the windscreen and all down the inner front wing with the brake unit and cable holes, get these sealed up when ever you can, every time the clutch and brake is applied it can flex this area and water usually trys to get into your feet.
Do as much preventitive actions as neccesary and you will enjoy a hand built British sportscar much better in the long run.
