LATEST UP DATES ON ROAR 08
Discussion
Following on from previous postings, we are delighted to announce more detailed information regarding Roar 08 Annual Chimaera Festival on 28th and 29th June.
The event is to be held at The Moorside Grange Hotel & Spa in Stockport, Cheshire, for more details on the hotel visit www.moorsidegrangehotel.com.
We have negotiated a considerable reduction on their normal rates for overnight accommodation and breakfast for Friday and Saturday:
• Two people sharing a twin or double room: £25 pp per night
• Single Occupancy: please contact Naomi Phillips
• Children (must be with accompanying adult):£10 per child
per night
• Executive room upgrades: additional £20 pp per night.
Booking availability is based on a first come first served basis.
Please book by calling 01663 764151 and quote Roar 08. Any queries, our contact at the hotel is Naomi Phillips. Even though we have secured 90 rooms, if in the event the hotel becomes fully booked, we are looking into alternatives as a back-up.

More Updates on Roar08
Question to potential visitors to Roar08
Currently talking to number of potential exhibitors however would love any feedback regarding any type of organisation that you would like to see attending this event.
Any feedback would be great and any suggestions of companies we can contact even better.
Would like to ask how many owners are intending to visit this year and would consider Roar 08 to be a family social event?
Who will bring their kids and partners? The more feedback and input the better!
More Updates on Hotel
We currently have a block booking for the hotel at hugely discounted rates, however, these are only open to us until three weeks before the event. This is to ensure, should the hotel not get the volume bookings from the TVR owners, then they will be able to utilise the rooms for outside interest.
Therefore, it would be to your advantage to book sooner than later. Refer to our booking code ROAR when you book up at the hotel.
Hotel has agreed to block out booking for Saturday and Sunday for the health and beauty spa and we are currently looking at very special rates for Roar visitors, so let your partner chil out whilst you get into the spirit of the event or why not chil out yourself.
The evening events for both Friday and Saturday night will be fantastic fun for all, starting with a Mexican themed meal on Friday with a barn dance in a marquee for the Saturday night.
The hotel are making a huge effort to put together a great menu for both nights, full details to follow soon.
