I started a topic re the car living outside and got some great feedback - ta for the input guys. Picking it up tomorrow can't wait nice 3 hr drive to get a customized with here - will take it gentle for the first couple of months.

Anyway what do you guys do for security when at home or parked up somewhere? With my old wedge I used to take the coil lead off plus a steering lock. The only issue with the coil lead is damp getting in etc. ah plus the alarm.

So what the general consensus?

P.S. going to go for a hood cover.

How about a ground anchor with an indestructible chain looped through the frame/wishbone from somewhere like http://www.almax-security-chains.co.uk/index.asp?p...

Commonly used by bikers but good for trailers and caravans etc.
