Door Question

Hi.

I've had a crashing noise on the bumby bits of Tarmac and think I've sourced it to the passenger door.

The door can be lifted up and down vertically about 20mm about it's hinges. The drivers is rock solid. So I was wondering is there anyway of tightening up the play in the door? It is not, bye the way, the fixings to the body but about the threaded parts that stick up.

open the door as wide as you can then look at where the hinge is ..you maybe lucky and the bolt that sits vertically may have worked loose and hence the slack.
