4.5 CHIMAERA CAM SPECS?

Hi all,

Does anybody know the full camshaft specifications for the 4.5 litre Rover V8 engine? Lift and duration at different rpm points?

If not, any idea where I can obtain this info?

Well firstly the lift and duration are fixed at all RPM..

Use this cam table for rough reference - the cam will be something like the H214 or H218.. nothing too wild.

That's great, thanks. Of course the lift and duration doesn't change with RPM, I was being a bit thick this morning!

Does anybody know exactly which cam is standard in the 4.5 Chimaera, the Kent H214 or H218?
