Window adjustment....

The passenger side window on my chim has a small gap (about half a cm) when closed. This is only at the back of the window not the front. I've adjusted it using the screw but there is still a small gap. Any ideas?

Wind window down about half way along the "brush" there is a slotted head screw, turning this will adjust window up or down.
