Im hoping to replace all my original factory hoses with silicon type, Samco? Has anyone done this recently and which supplier would you recommend?

Echo all above!

Also remember to periodically check tightness of clips particularly for the first few outings....

Unfortunately ACT have left the country until the 16 april, nobody can help. It appears that everybody else Ive tried buy from them. Does anyone know anyother reliable sources. Nobody seems to know how to put a serpentine silicon coolant hose kit together!

Some of the hoses are made just for the TVR there not off the shelve items.

Well thanks to The Hose depot at Doncaster ive finally got a full set of the coolant hoses in blue silicon thanks to Trev and Kev.Paul measured up all my main hoses all 38 mm bore and some of the smaller hoses 16mm. The main issue now is to find the leak! Hope to fit hoses sometime this week, ready for Chatsworth.

Yes, £110 including the stainless joint and stainless circlips.I cant understand the other company, fancy leaving the country for two weeks and leaving no one in charge without knowledge of the business, Im afraid Id be out of business if my business did that.

I seem to remember one hose was 35mm one end and 38mm the other (on a '99 Chim, think it was Water Pump to expansion tank but not sure), I got the ACT ones. Also my radiator was different, mine came out at 90 degrees whereas the normal ACT one expected a right angle on the rad, Tim sorted out a different one OK.

Are there and other difference between the two such as do the ACT hoses come "ready shaped" and the Hose Depot as just lengths of hose ?

NO The ones I bought are not dedicated to TVR they are bog std 90,45,60 degree elbows,The swan neck at the top of the radiator will be made from 2 elbows joined with a stainless connector.
