Headlights not working

Hello

Have had a few things done today. First of all had a new immobiliser fitted in the hope that it will now start every time. Fitted a new dash provided and fitted by andy-w (Thanks Andy) in collaboration with myself. And also fitted the leven button covers.

All is pretty good so far, except that the headlights now don't work... This could have happened at any point. I'm trying to narrow down the problem.

I don't think its anything to do with the leven button covers - The buttons seem to click in and out of position fine.

It could have been when replacing the radio panel, as we had to disconnect the 3 large white plugs connecting the leds and switches at that point. I have disconnected and reconnected them several times and I can't see there being a bad connection there.

It could be a blown fuse, that could have happened when the immobiliser or dash was fitted, although the ignition was off the whole time the dash was fitted.

When I press the button for the heads, it clicks in fine, but neither the led nor the headlights come on. This is the case for all 3 buttons by the radio.

Any thoughts on where to start?
