front lower wishbone refit!

Afternoon all. Anybody out there had a similar problem to me, i'm trying to refit front lower wishbone with powerflex bushes fitted. It maybe me but, i cant get both arms of wishbone to fit their respective flanges at the same time, if i put the front or rear in on its own both are a snug fit. When i try to get both together it seems to me that the bushes take up too much of the play available to get the other end in. Not sure it reads as it should but would be grateful for any help.

Cheers dave, had hoped to avoid the big stick approach but, needs must. Have managed to get drivers side together, only three corners to go!

I had similar problems last year, but the PH massive pointed me in the right direction.
