Hi paul, fronts were 32 and rears were 26 from memory, i think ive got them set too hard for the country roads where i live.
I need to play around with the click settings a bit.
what did you set your at?

Had my shocks done by Derek at Ab Shocks at the weekend. Gaz golds replacing Avos (only found out when they came off). Wow. The difference is very noticable and I was exceptionally pleased with their service. A+ recommended.

12 to 15 on the front is not far off the mark for most, I vary rarely go past 18 on the rear.

When you say 12 to 15 and 18 ish on the rear....is that from the softest setting, ie wound all the way anti clockwise?

Yes, or you could count the ammount of clicks from soft to hard say 42 and come back 30 on the front and 24 on the rear to ensure even damping.

Ive settled for 12/15 damping and it's a comfy ride.
However not so sure on ride heights.
Mine are 620mm front,640/650 rear.Mes from top of arch.
As you can see i need to adjust at least one shock.
Thoughts on the ride heights please.
Other than that there brill.

I have in my mind a rule of thumb that says to aim for horizontal lower wishbones?

I believe that is a good start point wink

IMO the main thing is to get rear to front rake of approx 20mm +
