Collecting my 400 tomorrow !!

Hello chaps,

Just a quick posting to introduce myself..... The name is Ian and tomorrow I become the proud owner of a '94 400 that I bought on this very website.... This will be my 2nd TVR, I still have a lovely 1990 S3 in case anybody is interested... I'm sure that I'll be back with some stupid questions very soon!!

had mine for a week now, loving the car , hating the rain..... 6 out of 7 days...
i just want to get the roof off !!!!!!

keep above 35 - 40 mph and you don't need a roof, the rain and spray goes straight over - gets a bit damp if you have to stop though!

Well, collected the 400 this afternoon, left the owner with a big empty space in his garage and smiled for the whole of the 95 mile drive home. It even stayed dry for me until I was about 15 miles from my front door....
I'm sure that the neighbours won't be as enthused as I am about my new toy but you can't keep everybody happy can you......??
Oh, I am based just outside of Reading by the way....
