The motor comes with a short pair of wires, one end plugs into the door loom behind the speaker (this bit's ok), the other into a connector block on the motor housing. It's a really poor quality, ill fitting connector at the motor end.

The wires terminate in female 'Lucar' connectors set in a hard rubber moulding. If you force a screwdriver into the moulding you can close the Lucar connectors up a bit and that solves the problem.
