I've a smallish pioneer amp and a 10 disc Sony changer in the boot. However I'm not sure they are installed in the best place. The amp drives a pair of Rockford Fosgate 6x9 in the rear. Does anyone have pics of their installs to give me a few ideas? The multiplay may disappear as I need a new headunit so may be just an amp install.

Not mine, but an install a mate had in his a few years ago. wink

Depending on the size of the amp I'd try and get it behind one of the seats, or maybe into the panel above the petrol tank. scratchchin:

Thats a good example of what I want to avoid. At the moment the amp and multiplay are on that panel in the boot. I figure you are right, I may put the amp in the cabin between the rear speakers and build a small panel to hide them.

Now the front unit, I'm going to be getting the v2 iPhone so figure I'll use this as a multiplay and get a decent front unit to control it. So just the amp to hide. Thanks for the picture.

Depending on the physical size of the amp it may fit under a seat - that is where I fitted my satnav unit.

Turns out I need not worry about the multiplay. I've been looking for a front unit to mate up to a Sony 10 disc and most advice suggests they are no longer used. So a nice shiny Pioneer P6000UB will be fitted this week and some boot space freed up. I can't keep up with this crazy technology, I only fitted the multidisc in 1996.
