Can i fit 245 tyres to 16 imola rim (rear)?

The standard tyre for the 16" Imola rim is 225 - but i see that 500 (not imola) with 16" rim has 245. Can this tyre be fitted to the Imola rim?

I believe that they are both 7.5" wide in which case there is no reason why not - check out the Toyo web site where they have a chart of min/max widths for all their different tyre sizes.

You will need 245/45 x 16 to get the same circumference. I've mounted them on my 500.

Depending on whether he started off with 225/50/16 or 225/55/16.
