Anyone fitted PowerFlex diff bushes, tried but can't get the top one in. Tried plenty of greese and G clamp but can't get the beveled edge in.
Considered cutting them in half, like most of there suspension bushes are.

What I do is just grind the bevelled edge a bit further so that you can get the end of it started into the tube. Another good trick is to NOT grease the very first say half inch of the inside of the tube, but grease all the rest. If you grease the first bit the bush just tends to slide out sideways, if you don't grease the first bit it tends to start going in square, and then once it's in a little bit it's slide down the tube properly. And lastly I don't use a G clamp but a pair of those big pipe grip things. I've done hundreds of the damn things and trust me it will go in, you just need the right technique.

When I did mine I used a length of threaded bar and pull it into the mount, used a large piece of wood spanning the chassis rails, and a couple washers.

Done it, used a bolt and several washers. Did the bolt up and pulled the bush in. Now to put the diff back in.
