What did TVR do to the RV8 apart from Cam and ECU?

I'm thinking early 3.9 pre serp here.
There seems to be a lot of smoke and mirrors about what TVR actually did to the V8, but does anyone really know?
We know they stuck a different cam in there and fiddled with the ECU - presumably to match the cam.
Did they do much else? Or is mine too early (1991 V8S) to have had anything major?
