Shocking Problem

Been having problems with my gaz shocks had them for a couple of months now.
Spoke to gaz today and they told me to take them off and send them back to check for the problem.
I did this tonite and my car is sitting on axle stands again!
What i did notice was the amount of force required to push up and down the wishbones they wern't like that when i fitted the shocks.
I had a geo set up by a indie garage in the mean time.
Should these wishbones move up and down freely?
Wondering now if this maybe my problem.
BTW Problem is the cars too bouncy makes me feel sick or too soft and the front is quiet scary at high speed.
Springs 375 F 400 R 12/18 clicks.

do youi just have bad look !lol.i warned you i have had two sets on the back and two sets on the front and a set of dodgy springs .there still c..p,the fronts have just started squiking.the problem i have, when i set the fronts at 13 clicks they are soft and bouncy and when set at 14 hard and they bang , can`t seem to get any happy medium .your exhaust hides all the problems so why worry . daz

I was waiting for you to pop up daz how are you mate?What do you think to my theory over the wishbones bear in mind the gaz shocks are lighter than the bilsteins.

sorry mate i dont have a clue .i just won`t get gaz again .all the trouble ive had i should of got something more expensive . i have my own problems .. new clutch fitted thats ok , its just my engine to sort out . are you going to roar this week end .
