Driver Side Air Vent...

Hi guys,

My driver side air vent really doesn't kick out much..err..well air..hot or cold.

The 2 middle vent under the radio are fine, the passenger vent is also fine. But even when the blower is on full very little comes out of the driver side vent.

Any ideas why?? Would be nice to have it working on those cold days lol

Have a look at the supply tubing under the dash. Mine was in two pieces with a joint that had come apart, easy access, easy fix.

Stick your head in the footwell and then look at the back of the vent with a torch and check the pipe hasn't come off. Sounds obvious, but it's got to be worth a check.

Mine had come lose AND had a nasty kink in it as it went above the steering column.

First thing to check, under the dash on the RHS, is there a dial? If so, that could be a RAM air fan on the Drivers side. Turn that dial, see what it does. Should blow out cold air. If there is not dial under the right side, then as above.
