It's one or the other, depending how it's set up. I always use super personally (and 95 only in emergencies)

PPC are good guys, Paul's very helpful and friendly. But also consider TVR Power who are just at the other end of the M69. I live in west Leicester off Narborough Road and it takes less time for me to get to Power - although the drive there isn't as much fun!
Hope to see you around, I'm in a Rosso Pearl Chimaera 400.

Hi, I just must hijack this thread for a moment and say hello as well wavey. I have been lurking in the shadows of this forum for the past year or so, but as a fellow Leicester/Narborough inhabitant, I felt it was time to do a post.

I agree with the previous posts that PPC are fantastic. I rang them up to do a last minute service on my Chimp before my annual trip to Le Mans a few weeks back. Normally, it takes two days for a service, but Paul turned it around in a day. For the record, he uses genuine TVR/Land Rover parts.

Hope to see you around. I'm the Atlantis Halcyon Pearl 400 with the 'interesting headlamps' scratchchin.

Do you mind me asking how much the service was and was it a 12 or 6 thou mile one..........

Also the corner of my windscreen has gone a little milky due to de lamination, you cant see it when driving, is there no option but a new screen if so its a tricky job im told and dont let just anyone do it ??

Hi and welcome to the fold!
I'm in the south east, but recently had my screen changed due to the delaminating. Yes its a tricky job and needs to be done by some one who has done them before. Had mine done at Autoglass Tonbridge (bit out of your way I guess!) and the fitter talked me through what he was going to do and all the problems that COULD occur. He had the car for a day and did a great job. I am sure someone will be along shortly, with a recommendation more local to you.

Hi Blujay, saw your recent post on refurbing the interior - would you mind pm'ing me with a guide to costs etc if it's not too rude a question?

Hi Son,
YHM - sent an email reply this morning. Sorry for the delay.
I'm still trying to work out how to take decent pictures and then post them, which I will do shortly (hopefully!)

My service was the 6k and it cost just a few pennies under £445.00. I am not sure if my fee was lower than usual, because I had done my front brake upgrade just prior to the service and obviously used new brake fluid.
