Washer Wiper

I have a problem with the offside washer wiper jet. It seems that there is a blockage somewhere in the water pipe contained within the arm of the wiper. When I try and use the washer wiper the pipe in the arm disconnects from the water source visible where the arm joins the body.

Any ideas on how to free the blockage?

try 0.6 welding wire and give it a good roding ,that should do the trick.or a good blow out with compressed air.
