Source Car - Rear Light Lens

Hi

I need a new red rear light lens for 1 2001 Chimaera. Does anyone know which car this part came from.

Also the part the touches the light fitting is ever so slightly eliptical in shape - is this normal, or has mine become distorted?

Which bit the clear glass tht goes over the 4 individual lights or one of those lights

Cover is a TVR part, the lenses are landrover (unless they've changed it since mine was made of course)

It's one of the red individual lights not the cover.

SJB22 - Did you ever find out which model the light units came from? I have an early Chim and would like to upgrade the rear lights to the 2001 type - not Afterburners.

You'll need the panel the lights bolt into as well as the lights themselves

How are you with fibreglass

As I said before, the lenses are Land Rover

The easier option may be the Zertec standard lights.

Never tried any Fibreglassing.

I did indeed

I would guess that the rear light would be a bit easier (mines 1999 so has the new stlye already so I don't know)

You'd have to be fairly brave to start learning your body work skills like this (don't forget the standard lights are colour coded so you'd need to paint them too) Although I have heard that the afterburners are OK to fit
