Loose rubber bits

Morning Tiv'rs,

My rubber drivers side window rubber seems to be moving up and down with the window - only about 5mm when bringing the window up after having it down. It's the seal mounted in the alloy window frame. Is there an easy dinnertime fix that i could do with limited tools and no glue?- the problem is is that it's pushing the roof seal under the top of the window when shutting the door and allowing water in, not good at this time of year.
