whilst I remember to ask... had the front grille off today... and there are a couple of redundant/spare wires lurking around - one is thin lilac colour and the other has a terminal connector on
I think the ice detector is supposed to be around there somewhere, but may not be fitted. Seem to remember seeing a dangling connector on mine too, last time I took the grille off.
Ice detector should be inside the front wing, I once heard that the wiring loom is similar to the Griffith and those wires would have been used on the extra driving lights that the Griff has.
