Hi all,
I need to replace a clutch master cylinder and have been informed by a Land Rover mechanic (who owns a Cerbera) that his was from a Land Rover 90. Does anyone know if this is the same on the Chimaera?

He also suggested that the Cerbera clutch is heavier than the LR 90's, which is probably why they fail regularly...dow TVR!

Cheers,
Matt

Hi Plunkett,
I have considered this - the cylinder is giving a funny clicking noise when used too which suggests that its stuffed internally.
Cheers,
Matt

Scrub that - tried at the weekend....The clutch master cylinder is not off a Land Rover 90 - the hydraulic pipe unions are different diameters.

Oh well, guess I'll have to pay the extra for the TVR one.
