5.0 from 4.0 the difference?

so, what's the most noticable differences from the 4 to the 5? there can't be that much difference, can there?

Dad certainly noticed the difference.

After the white press griff was sold he took on one of the Malysian Chims with a 4.0 engine saying it was quick enough to run about with.

It lasted for 6 weeks before he had a 5.0 dropped in.

hey gaffer, i'll be up that end of the woods in Dec... hope it snows.. got me new winter tyres on have to do the ole "visit dad for christmas an all", step mother told me in sept he was under the impression i was going to be there this year.. can't let the old bugger down... so, because of the distinct lack of TVR's in Germany i'll be hoping to spot a few round there... any meets going on between 20th and 26th Dec around Cheshire? (live in Ellesmere Port)

Had a 93 4.0, now got a 98 5.0 apart from the build quality being so much better the difference in torque is amazing it seems a lot quicker, the only downside is fuel consumpsion I reckon I am about 25% down on the 4.0, but so what I absoloutely love it

I'm thinking i should have gotten a 4.0 first off, then gone into the 5.0... oh well, suppose i'll have to go into the speed 12 next..... i wish, how many speed twelves are there out there? all i need is one lottery win... like most of us!
