Just fitted those new stalks to the car, they look superb and are really easy to fit

they must be really easy to fit - pull out the old ones and slide in the new vents?

Yep, just watch the leather doesn’t pull out when removing the old vent!

Al, did you do the vents on the top of the dash? If so do thet reflect in the screen at all?

Yeah, I've done this. They DO reflect off the windscreen, but you get used to it. Haven't noticed it for ages.

I found the most irritating thing was that I could never get the windscreen clean. It was always a bit smeary when sunny. Well, until I realised it was reflecting the top of the leather dash! The cleaner it was, the worse it got!

D'oh!

You rotten lot !
Ive had my Chim for 8 months and never noticed the reflections before. Now youve all pointed them out, the things are driving me mad!

I now need a technique to make me forget about them again

Still the full Leven kit looks and feels great so musnt grumble

When you replaced the dash vents, did you have to connect the new ones to a pipe inside or is that permanently in place?

The inside of the dash top is the top of the 'air pipe' so there is nothing to connect up inside.
