Could anyone tell me where the mixture screw is, and what the allen type adjustment screw is/does on the inlet manifold just in front of the throttle linkage on the top. What is the method of adjusting the co/mixture when i have cats. I have been told it should be set at 1.5%. Thanks.. [CHIM 500]

Unless I've got the wrong end of the stick, I think what you're after is adjusting the fuelair mix, which will affect the level of carbon monoxide in the exhaust gasses. I think this is controlled entirely by the ECU, in which case the only way to adjust it is by changing re-configuring the ECU.

I'm sure someone else will tell you I'm talking cr@p, though, if you wait for a bit :-)

That's the inference I had, it's all down to the ECU.
