Firstly thanks for all the info on my last post... It has been a great help, i decided to get it on the rolling road first and take it from there.CHEERS
My next issue is that I seem to be having trouble at low speed -30ish driving. The car feels like its in to high a gear if in 3/4 and jumps alittle almost like its missing. does anyone have a ball park Idea of what the normal speed/ gear range is... ?This sounds so NODY like... but....this is the first TVR I've had and wondered if this is the case with all V8-400 chim. Any advice...cheers

I run a '96 4.0 and if the engine is cold it's a bugger around 30mph.
I have found the best way to handle it is keep it in 3rd up until around 40mph.
This has 2 benefits:-
1. Car drives very smoothly
2. Keeps the revs up, nice and loud

Joking aside though, once mine is warmed up it'll behave reasonably well at 30mph in 4th.
