since the cold weather started I have 2 very small patches of fluid under the Chim. One is the bloody power steering stainless U bend abortion ( sorry design ) that is still dripping after 3 or 4 attempts to cure(have an idea to cure this once and for all - will post then if sucuessful ), the other looks like engine oil - round about the sump plug area - I don't think it's the plug leaking coz it seems tight enough - are there any common leak points for me to look for when I get her up on the axle stands next week ? ? ?

The Rocker cover gasket is the obvious oil leak spot however to be getting oil all the way down onto the sump from there would be a real effort...

Sump gasket seal is very common - not serious just needs rectifying at next service. A possibility is that the bolts securing the sump may just need tightening....

Oil pressure gauge sender unit is the favourite leaky spot on mine, that's at the front of the engine block though.
