Blinking dashboard lights

Hopefully this is a common problem, but my dashboard lights blink very quickly in time with the engine rumble.
I'm new to TVRs and have only had the car for around 5 months but I've never noticed it before. Is this just a simple electical fault or something to worry about?
Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a loose earth connection.
You should be able to see the main one,Engine to chassis behind the drivers side front wheel.
Theres also two under the centre console and one under the rad drivers side bolted to the chassis.

Chris, also thought, theres a dash illumintion on/off ( it does all the lights for the dials, not the leds) button under the dash near the steering column it could be that a wire is loose on that or the switch is faulty... just another one you may want to look at.

This could also be the first sign of a faulty alternator as well.
