Best Thermostat?

My 95 chim seems to be running very cold this time of year [about 50c] and at around 90c in the summer,i suppose this is a normal case af using a lump of cardboard in front of the rad or is this a faulty thermo.?
can anyone recommend, who,s what type, and where i can get a thermo. motor factors dont seem to have a listing for one.

50 sounds low, but 90 for the summer is fine.

IF (if....) it is the thermostat stuck open, then you will be able to source a replacement through any main dealer or any of the major indies (see Sprint etc).
