Can't open boot

HELP, can't open boot solenoid not working.
My Chimaera is '97 model with flush number plate with number plate lights behind and at the bottom! (By Big Al)
Please can you email me instruction on how to open it.

I had the very same problem last week, boot catch solinoid bust and no petrol.After some very good advice I was able to sort it quite easily.
