The 4 litre Chim is going in for some power amendments and I am now thinking that a little track day action may be required... Anyone out there able to let me know what you need.
I have a roll bar..FIA approved Helmet...race boots and suit... Do I need a racing licence etc etc..

For a track day, you only need a car and a lid (and some cash)

If you drive like me, pick somewhere with plenty of run-off

I'd leave the race suit at home until you've done a couple or outings.

Dress code is normally fleece and jeans, or at least has been on the days I've been on.

Race suit prob don't fit anymore... put on a few pounds this year...as long as my head hasn't got any fatter I'll be ok to get in to the helmet.
