She's back and she's beautiful

Just had to tell someone...

Got my Chim back from the front end respray at the weekend, and she looks fab. Some of you may have seen from a post a few weeks ago, that over Xmas someone reversed into me while parked.

Well, she's now been with Phil Wood (Essex) for 3 weeks, and once the insurance approved it, had a complete front end respray - she now looks as good as new. Just waiting for 3rd parties insurance to pay me back my excess now.

Ended up staying with friends in Horesham on Saturday night and taking her for a nice long drive along the Sounth Coast on Sunday.

Ah, it's great to have her back!

Did get scatter gunned by a gritting lorry on the way home last night though - doesn't seem to be any damage, just a lot of dust! Bl**dy typical though!

you'll really HATE the 1st stonechip.. it gets easier after that one though..

I should have known really - just would have prefered to have a few more weekend drives under my belt before getting a chip or two.

Ah well, still much better than it was.

Also, forgot to say thanks to Phil at P.R. Wood down in Essex. Top job and a top bloke. Very helpful. Even touched up a couple of marks on the rear for free!
