Still no pressure!

Taken dizzy off and I have driven the oil pump with a drill. There is no presure at all, from what I can see in the rocker covers through the oil filler cap it is bone dry!
Have had the pressure relief valve off to and cleaned it. It is slightly scored but doesn't appear to be stuck. Is it the pump that's knackered?
Anybody any ideas?

My last griff had the oil pick up pipe crack. Giving low oil pressure as it was sucking air as well. Unfortunately this just tipped the rocker assys to become a little too noisey.
