The last Chimaera 500

There have been a number of comments and topics about who owns the last Griffith made, but who owns the last Chimaera 500 made? Must be a rarer car than the Griffith, so just interested to know.

Mine is reg'd 3 Dec 01.

I know they carried on making 4.5s in batches of six or so; but have you seen a new one recently?

So who has the last Chimaera 450 made? And who has the last Chimaera 400 too? Although I am more interested to find out if I have the last Chim 500.

I have a Chimaera 400, still have not a clue how far from the end of the run it is, tried to find out at some point but gave up - registered 28/10/2000.

I was told 450's still available, but dealers told to try and sell another model. Only making in batches of six, to special order(aren't they all?).

I would think the factory would tell you if yours is the last one if you ask them nicely......

There is a 5 ltr Chim 2000 Model Year for Sale at Fernhurst at the moment...This is the latest one I have ever seen..I only thought they did them to 99..

The last chim was off the line late Nov, IIRC.
