heater fan

Can anybody tell me if the heater fan is accessed via the wheelarch or the passenger footwell please (2000 vehicle).

Not 100% sure on the Chimeara but its here on a Griffith.

The fan shown is the additional cold air only fan. In my car (95) it blows cold air on to the drivers feet, through the lower dashboard vent on the right of the stearing and through the two vents in front of the window switches and below the radio (I am aware that not all cars have these vents).

The main blower is somewhere at the front of the passenger wing (not sure where but this where the noise is coming from when you turn it on).
