Any pics of the latest headlights (faired in type)about, and can I have these fitted to my recently bumped 96

don't have any pics but i know someone near you who has done them on a few chimps and it looks good.
wouldn't be a prob fitting them

Thanks loads. Talking myself out of the Speed 12, Type R conversions as I'm not 100% sure they in 'keeping' with the style of the car - Puts Asbestos suit on - but I think the faired lights look good and are a safe option when it comes to future selling

I've recently had the Type-R upgrade fitted. Only got a couple of bad pictures in the rain though! I'll borrow a digital camera and get some better ones soon.

Thanks Danny, met you at VW just after you got yours from Manek. Mine looks much the same as yours did after your 'car park encounter'. I'm really in two minds as to what route to go, just looking at as many options as possible at the mo

Managed to find good selection of pics now, Insurance company has given the ok to use Ewelme Coachworks, which is real close to me, so I,m off there tomorrow to see what the can do for me

Are those 'aftermarket' lenses over your headlights or the new type that came on the later models from the factory?

Came from the factory like that, as all Chim's did from mid 2001 I believe.
