I am now bored waiting for the Spider conversation from TVR.

Anyone any experience of the Griffith wheels & front brakes on a Chimaera.
A worthwhile conversion ?????

I've been on the waiting list since October 17th and was given a March '04 delivery date. I've asked Neill for an update but he hasn't got enough information to predict a date for me. I do hope I'll be wearing them this summer.

I know that my local indipendent chap was also doing these conversions, obtaining the bits from TVR and doing the work himself.......an idea if you have one local, or you could come on up to Manchester and have Shane do it for you ??

Paul this Shane fella still has to get the parts. The only source is through Neill and he makes them up by re-machining returned parts from previous upgrades. Neill is working with Ford MC to get a batch of new parts made but is hitting a brick wall at the moment so it's back to waiting for existing upgraders to return their part-ex bits to TVR.

Ah yes, but how many "kits" did Shane buy in in the first place ?? And If he has a spare lying around, does anyone else ?
